What you agree to when you open an account with us

This is a plain summary of the rules your account runs on: one account per person, 18 and over, identity verified before a first payout, 50x turnover on bonus funds, AU$20 minimum withdrawal and a AU$10,000 weekly ceiling. The full terms live in the cashier and govern in any conflict.

Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to gamble where you live. One account per person, per household, per IP address and per payment method — duplicates are the most common reason a bonus is voided and, in some cases, an account is closed. The name, date of birth and address you register with must match the documents you later upload; a nickname at sign-up is the single easiest way to turn a fast payout into a slow one.

Your account is yours alone. Do not share credentials, do not let another person play on it, and do not deposit with somebody else's card or bank account. We pay winnings only to the verified account holder — never to a partner, a parent or a friend, whatever the arrangement between you.

Deposits, withdrawals and verification

Minimum deposit is AU$10 by card, PayID or Neosurf, and AU$20 by bank transfer. Minimum withdrawal is AU$20. Payouts are capped at AU$10,000 per week for standard accounts; a larger balance is paid in weekly instalments, and upper Alpha Wolf Club tiers are lifted above that ceiling. We charge no fee on any payout — network and intermediary bank charges, where they exist, belong to the rail and not to us.

Before your first withdrawal we verify identity: a government photo ID, a proof of address dated within three months, and — where a card was used — a photo of the card with the middle digits masked. This is a licence condition, applied once, and it is the difference between a payout that clears in a day and one that stalls for a week. Money returns by the method it arrived by wherever that method can receive it; where it cannot (Neosurf, for example) we fall back to bank transfer.

Requests enter a review queue for up to 24 hours. That review checks for bonus breaches, duplicate accounts and unverified identities. Cancelling a pending request returns the money to your playable balance, which is your right and rarely your friend.

Bonuses and wagering

Bonus funds carry 50x turnover, calculated on the bonus amount, and they are not withdrawable until that turnover is complete. Pokies carry essentially the full wagering weight; table, live and video-poker games contribute little or nothing. A maximum bet applies while a bonus is active, and exceeding it can forfeit the bonus and everything it produced.

The welcome package runs across four deposits to a maximum of AU$5,500 plus 125 spins on Wolf Saga, with conversion capped at AU$5,000 or six times the total of those four deposits. The no-deposit sign-up offer is 20 spins on Wolf Saga with a AU$200 conversion ceiling. Bonus balances do not stack, offers expire, and an unclaimed batch of spins lapses rather than rolling forward. Withdrawing while a bonus is live forfeits the bonus balance.

Bonus abuse — duplicate accounts, coordinated play across households, stake patterns designed purely to exploit a promotion — voids the offer and may close the account. We would rather write this sentence than enforce it.

Fair play, closure and disputes

Every game runs on the supplier's certified random number generator. We cannot influence an outcome, and neither can you: no strategy, system or "secret pattern" changes the maths, and anyone selling one is selling nothing. Malfunctions void plays and pays — if a round fails, the stake is returned rather than paid out on a broken result.

You can close your account at any time through chat, and we will not attempt to talk you out of it. Self-exclusion, once set, cannot be lifted early. We may suspend an account where we suspect fraud, money laundering, underage play or bonus abuse, and where we do, we tell you why.

If something goes wrong, raise it with support first — most disputes are documents or a misread bonus clause, and both are solved in minutes. Unresolved complaints escalate to our licensing authority in Curaçao, whose details are published in the cashier. These terms may change; the version in the cashier is the one that binds, and it governs in any conflict with this summary. Back to the lobby.
